Product Weight

Each pemmican patty has a dry weight of 84 grams.

 

At the start of our dehydrating / smoking process our wet product weight equals almost 4 times that amount ... nearly 100 grams of top quality eye of round beef and nearly 100 grams of fresh blueberries.

Our blueberries are dehydrated without a sugar or apple juice wash.

 During our cooking process, our specifically selected high quality tallow renders down to half its original start weight.
